These policies are established to facilitate the efficient operation of our facility, ensuring that staff arrangements, supplies, and nourishment are prepared in advance of your arrival to support your post-operative recovery. Our commitment to providing exceptional care remains steadfast, and we value your cooperation in upholding these standards. Rest assured, we are dedicated to surpassing your expectations throughout your stay with us.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY:

 

  • Deposit: A non-refundable and non-transferable. deposit of 25% of total stay is due to secure your reservation.

  • Final Payment: Final payment is due upon arrival/Check-in.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES:

 

  • The %25 of total stay minimum reservation deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other service.

  • No refunds will be given if you are not able to have surgery on surgery day for any reason.

  • One free reschedule will be honored(if available) all additional reschedules will be charged an additional Deposit of $200 to reschedule.

  • Please contact us before rescheduling surgery to assure we have dates available.

  • No refunds will be given for early check-outs.

  • No changes can be made to your reservation once you check in and no refunds will be given.

  • You must submit all required forms and provide flight information at least 7 days prior to your arrival or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and you forfeit all monies paid. We are unable to plan for your stay or transportation without your flight details.

  • No Refunds for Hospital Admittance:

  • If you get admitted to the hospital, your bed will not be resold, and staff will be on standby until you are ready

  • Early check-in is before 12 pm. However,you're subject to a $150.00 fee if you're getting picked up from surgery, and your surgery is completed before 12pm on your check-in day for discharge.

 

 

 

COMPANIONS:

 

  • Companions are only allowed when booking CONDO.

  • Guest with Male Companions MUST reserve the CONDO.

  • Companions stay include room and board ONLY.

  • Companions will not be attended to by caretakers and are expected to keep their living spaces neat and clean.

  • Transportation is not offered to companion unless shared with Guest 

 

 

TRANSPORTATION:

Included Transportation(NOT Interchangeable):

 

  • 1 Transportation to and from surgery.

  • 1 Transportation to and from Pre-Op appointment.

  • 1 Transportation to and from Post-Op appointment.

  • 1 Prescription run.

  • 1 Transportation to and from Airport (MIA Only for shared and private room).

  • ANY ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION OR FLL(Fort Lauderdale) Transportation has an additional charge of $85 per trip or $170 per round trip

 

 

     Transportation NOT included

 

  • We DO NOT provide transportation to hotels, for personal errands, shopping or any other surgical related errands such as extra medical clearance screenings, mammograms, etc.

  • We DO NOT provide transportation to massages (We provide In-House Massages).

 

***If you have massages at your surgery center there will be a charge of $85 per trip (based on availability) or Guest must provide their own transportation)***

 

 

    Transportation Schedule: 

 

  • Monday - Friday: 7am to 7pm

  • Saturday: 9am to 5pm

  • Sunday: No Airport Transportation

Covid-19 Policy

  • Covid-19 Test Results for guest and companion if applicable (Must be Negative) and taken 1-5 days prior to arrival please email results to bloomingbeautyrecoveryhouse@gmail.com. Covid-19 vaccination cards are also welcomed.*If test results are deemed to be forged or altered in anyway entry to recovery house will be denied and all monies paid will be forfeited.*

 

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Blooming Beauty Recovery House, its directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents and representatives, shall at no time be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, injury, or damage caused or arising in connection with any transportation, hotel or other services or products of third parties provided through Blooming Beauty Recovery House, or as a result of acts of God, acts of Government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, or any circumstance beyond its control. Blooming Beauty Recovery House reserves the right to accept, retain, decline or cancel any reservation or any Guest as a participant in its packages at any time and for any reason. In addition, Blooming Beauty Recovery House reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation, including the price, at any time prior to Guest check-in if the reservation includes or was made as the result of a mistake or error of any kind, including but not limited to, a mistake or error in price or description of the package or package components, or where it appears that a Guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making the reservation. If a package is cancelled by Blooming Beauty Recovery House, Blooming Beauty Recovery House shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of monies paid to Blooming Beauty Recovery House for the reservation. The terms and conditions of any transportation services provided by third parties shall be as represented by those third parties. Terms and conditions are subject to change by Blooming Beauty Recovery House without notice. If these Terms and Conditions contain any provisions construed to be unenforceable or unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall be deemed modified to conform to applicable law, or if this would cause an unreasonable result, such provision shall be stricken from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the binding force and effect of any of its other provision.

Blooming Beauty Recovery House is a luxury service, not a medical service or medical provider. We are here to offer a clean and comfortable shared living space to assist guests with physical/mental recovery following outpatient cosmetic surgery procedures. It is important that you understand that Blooming Beauty Recovery House is not a substitute for medical care or hospitalization and, as such, if you choose to use our services it would be strictly a matter of convenience. Further, your medical care remains the responsibility of the surgeon who performed your surgery.
